Rosie likes to be snuggly some nights, right beside me, but most nights she sleeps on her own blanket at the foot of my bed. My bed is against a wall, so she can't fall out.

I sleep in the same twin daybed I've had since I was eight and I share it with at least two small dogs most of the night lol. My other poodle sleeps in his crate since his knee surgery last year.

You only need 11 lbs of force to suffocate an adult. Even less, I imagine, for infants and children. Hold on for 50 seconds and the person isn't coming back, regardless of CPR.

Once a baby becomes mobile he or she needs his or her own crib, regardless of size. It's popular to sleep multiples in the same crib the first few months to save space and $.

Children need their own beds, babies included. What if the baby fell out of bed, or the parents rolled over on it? They make cribs for a reason. And sleeping alone helps build their independence.

CAMP FIRE TALE CHALLENGE!!

WE HAVE ANOTHER CHALLENGE!

The Challenge:

Write a camp fire tale using the Laurie L. story below as if it were an urban legend. Be creative. The story can be scary, cautionary or a supernatural romance. The start of each entry should begin with the phrase: I submit for the approval of the SR Midnight Society "The Tale of Laurie L.". No more than 3 chapters. Less than three is fine. Five completed entries will cause it to go to vote. More than five is even better.

Winner gets to claim head of the SR Midnight Society and will be named owner of the round robin. Will link the robin here later. And winner will get a graphic for their profile and obviously featured.

For those who don't know what Are You Afraid of the Dark is: Wikipedia

For those of you who don't know this story is the first piece of Green Day fan fiction as we know it. So even if you don't enter the challenge, you should probably read it.
